The Conference language is English. The speaker must be an author of the presented paper. All talks are presented on a computer video projector. Any contribution must be a file of the following formats:
- Adobe Acrobat (pdf)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (ppt or pptx)
Please note that using Microsoft Word format (doc/docx) for presentations is not allowed.
Speakers are kindly asked to arrive to the corresponding hall 10 minutes before the beginning of the session to upload the files with their presentation.
Plenary talks are 35 minutes, including 5 minutes for the questions. They take place during the morning sessions and have nothing scheduled against them.
Invited oral talks are 25 minutes, including 5 minutes for the questions and changeover.
Regular oral talks are 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for the questions and changeover.
Flash oral talks are 5 minutes. Questions during or after the flash talk are not allowed and supposed to happen at the corresponding poster during the subsequent poster session. We suggest using the A0-portrait (84x119 cm) or A1-landscape (84x59 cm) poster format. Authors are requested to be present in the vicinity of their poster during the session.
